Known for his precision, advocacy, and strategic problem-solving, Pete serves as trusted counsel for businesses, investors, and property developers navigating complex legal challenges in Thailand. 

    Before founding the firm, Pete practiced at a leading international law firm in Bangkok, focusing on tax law, corporate structuring, and regulatory compliance. His work included conducting in-depth legal due diligence on mergers and acquisitions, particularly relating to corporate and tax law aspects. This international experience enhances Pete’s ability to bridge local practice with global standards. 

    Pete is also committed to shaping Thailand’s next generation of legal professionals. He serves as a lecturer at one of Thailand’s leading universities, teaching courses in Tax Law, Negotiation and Contract Drafting, International Trade Law, and Private International Law with a focus on Immigration, Nationality, and Work Permits.
